The manufacturing process is certainly one of the very important processes of any company. Generally the manufacturing process is carried out by the engineers but the skilled mechanics are also engaged in the work. Do not think that the medicine is going to be manufactured by the engineers. This is certainly not the case. This job is being done by the pharmacists who are expert at manufacturing of the medicine. However the recruiter will prefer the person who either has very good educational background or has a great work experience. This is certainly a must for you. Similarly, you will also find out that the recruiters are also in search of the people that can work for them at lower cost. All these points should be kept in mind.
Try to be active and maintain a degree of continuity. This is certainly very important. You should know that the recruiters would like to check that how strong your memory is. Such type of questions is being asked by the old recruiters. The young recruiters try to check the IQ as well as they tries to check the presence of mind as well.
Many questions will be asked from the syllabus or the field as well. Suppose you are appointed as the chief chemist in a sugar industry then you will certainly be asked questions from the chemical engineering. In fact you need to be a chemical engineer if you want to apply for this post.
The HR round will be relatively easy for the experienced candidates. You will definitely find out that the HR is quite friendly towards the experienced candidates. This is certainly the truth. But if you are talented and you want to be the next selected employees then you as well have a good chance.
